Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyHomeGuard website at myhomeguard.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyHomeGuard ("MyHomeGuard," "we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

MyHomeGuard operates a website that provides information about home warranty products and facilitates the connection between prospective customers and home warranty coverage underwritten by our insurance partner(s). MyHomeGuard is not itself the warranty provider or insurer. All warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable warranty agreement issued by the insurer.

Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Submissions

When you submit information through our quote request form or other means, you agree that:

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You are authorized to provide the phone number and email address submitted.
• You consent to being contacted by MyHomeGuard and its partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage.

Warranty Coverage

MyHomeGuard facilitates access to home warranty coverage but does not directly underwrite, administer, or adjust warranty claims. All warranty plans are subject to:

• The specific terms and conditions of the warranty agreement
• Coverage limits, exclusions, and service call fees as defined by the insurer
• The insurer's claims process and dispute resolution procedures

For questions about specific coverage details, claims, or disputes, please refer to your warranty agreement or contact the insurer's claims department directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of MyHomeGuard or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site

MYHOMEGUARD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYHOMEGUARD CORPORATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyHomeGuard regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
